gjz010's OpenCode agent a6bc56f56d feat(workspace): deliver verified browser client integration 
Ship the verified browser control-plane and UI integration: the Hakoniwa
test-world migration, IndexedDB/WebCrypto vault storage and quick unlock,
browser WebTransport control-plane transport, Slint Web Runtime and UI
wiring, embedded CJK fonts, the heartbeat Ping fix, and the 169-check
browser control-plane fixture.

Browser audio I/O is wired through WebAudio/AudioWorklet and covered by
native tests plus the 18-check Node stub, but the real microphone/speaker
acoustic fixture and acceptance remain outside this commit. Browser audio
and a complete Web release are therefore not complete; Gateway datagram
behavior and server bandwidth compatibility are also still pending.

Verified before commit with the full local gate: fmt, 1330 lib tests, 791
integration tests, GUI 163 + 55, SPA 8, browser control plane 169 PASS /
0 FAIL, rustdoc, and the WASM build all passed.
